Candle Care And Burning Instructions 

• Trim The Wick- Be sure to cut wick 1/4 inches before first light, and every light. 
• Burn Time Limits- Never burn candles longer than four hours at a time. 
• First Burn- let wax burn it's complete four hours to allow wax to melt to the corners. (This stops candle tunneling) 
• Stopping Point- Be sure to stopping burn 1/2 inch from the bottom.

• Surface Rules- Keep candle on flat heat safe surface. (Jars will get hot)
• Clear The Area- keep burning candles away from Children, Pets, Open Windows/ A/C, Doors or anywhere with a draft.
• Keep Insight- Always keep candle insight and never unattended.

• Wax Type- Exo-soya CB Advanced soy wax, organic, Vegan friendly, 100% natural
• Wick Type- Paper wrapped cotton wicks made for a cleaner and soothing free burn.
• Fragrance Notes- fragrance oils are free of parabeans, phthalate, or toxins.

• Why do the wick curl after burn? Self trimming design "quality wicks are engineered to curl into the outer edge of the flame."
• Why do the wick jumps if it's not by the window? There is a draft somewhere in the are when candle is lit. Be Sure To Not Leave Candle Unattended.
• Why is it sweating? Natural wax like soy create sweat from it natural fragrance oil; do to soy wax being a fine grade of candle wax. It's completely safe and normal. 
• How fast is shipping? Any Desirables products will be shipped which in 24-48 hours. We value your urge to have desirables luxurious candles in your presence.
• Returning Policy? Only returns that are acceptable are damaged items during delivery process. Photographs and or any other proof of damages are required during the return process.
